God of Malice by Rina Kent
dark
medium-paced
- Plot- or character-driven? A mix
- Strong character development? Yes
- Loveable characters? No
- Diverse cast of characters? N/A
- Flaws of characters a main focus? It's complicated

Now, before 1 give my review, you should know
that l've read other dark romances before
and thoroughly enjoyed them. But this?! I was
expecting a-dark romance, dubcon, murder all
ofit. But the first sceneis 100% r@p£l This just repeats itself for a good 30% of the
book then the MMC starts to get obsessed
about her virginity too. Like how could it get
any worse? I was expecting something dark,I
knew some parts might not sit right with me,
but this took it too far and managed to glorify
SA. However, despite how much I HATED the
plot and main characters, I enjoyed multiple of
the side characters and the book was actually
written well. This means I might still give the
ET second book a go. before I give up on the
series. Hopefully, there's less r@p£-related
Stockholm Syndrome in the other books. (1.75 *)
