This book has been on my tbr since something like 2012 when I read Stiefvater's book about the wolves. Unfortunately that book was extremely forgettable and so Raven Boys has sat on my virtual shelf, unloved since then. It didn't help that I never wanted to sit on the library hold list for six, eight, ten weeks.
I finally bit the bullet and put this book on hold. I was hooked from the start. And it wasn't one of those moments like The Book Thief where things started out great and got worse. This book stayed interesting and I got caught up in the magic of it. I will definitely be reading the rest of the series to find out what happens to Blue and the raven boys. I'm looking forward to it.
