The Emperor's Revenge by Clive Cussler, Boyd Morrison

4.0

This one is closer to what the old books used to be like. What I miss about Cussler's style is the multi plot thread. When I first started reading his books he'd have 5 threads that all ran independently, or so it seemed. You'd take 3/4 of the book to get to the point at which the plots converged. This didn't have that delay but it had intersecting points where new things came in that we, the reader, were not aware of most of the book. I liked it.
