probably perfectly lovely and right up someone's street, but a little bit twee and tedious for my taste - though i appreciated the small chapter on how just 'liking books' does not make you a good bookseller. there's a lot more to it than just reading things and telling people what you have liked and yes i feel very strongly about this hah
