I liked the main couple. They are kinda slow burn and very respectful of each other. One awesome thing about this book was there weren’t any consent issues. Niall gives Amelia-Rose so many choices and an out and doesn’t try to trap her into marriage. He saved this book for me.
I just thought there was a lot of unnecessary side characters (names of throw away characters flying around)and scenes that didn’t move the plot any. A lot of stuff could had been cut out or handle more interesting. It did have humor and heart but the plot/story didn’t stand out to me.
With that all said I would be willing to give the next book a try and see if the pacing issues (since we have the setup already from this book) gets better.
I do love the coach scene near the end. It’s amazing.
