You’re telling me...Brandon released what might be his best book to date four years ago, and still hasn’t even started writing the sequel? I’m fuming.

The Bands of Mourning shattered me, and then put me back together before ultimately ending with one final sucker punch to the kidney. If you can’t tell, I loved it. Not only is it the best adventure Wax & Wayne have gone on in this era, it also contains the best romance he’s ever written. (Steris and Wax...it’s a love story baby just say yes.)  With this etntry, Era 2 has easily surpassed Era 1 in terms of quality and character development.
