Before I read this book, I read reviews here stating that they hate this book. So, I got pretty biased opinions. But then, I read and I found out that it's actually pretty okay. The writing is pretty nice and the characters are okay as well. Only, Will is a stuck-up jerk and Jessamine, well does Clare really have to ruin her character? She has potential!

I've also read that the characters are basically the characters from 'Mortal Instruments' with different names and in England. Now, I can't really judge in that aspect seeing that this is my first Cassandra Clare book. However, I will definitely update this review when I find time to read the 'Mortal Instruments'.
