This novel is extraordinary. I don't think I can sum it all up, I have pages upon pages of notes I adore the characters and characterization, I love the writing. The descriptions and metaphors and the style. I love the shifting perspective third person. I loved the mythology grounded science fiction. The coldness that was around it. She can write villains. I loved the themes and exploration of humanity and morality, villain and hero. It was beautiful.


Also the end, I think it was utter perfection.
