Amelia was quite the handful. These books all take place at the same time so I’ve gotten glimpses into what Amelia had been up to but she’s quite the free spirit and ends up embarking on a day of doing everything she’s ever wanted to do but was told a lady shouldn’t. And her companion just happens to be the bloke who lured her out of the house in the middle of the night with his song. Alistair is also told that he’s to marry one of the American Cavendish sisters and it just so happens to be the one he found wandering around in the dead of night.

He knows who she is, she gives him a fake name. What could go wrong.

Their day together was really cute and fun. I could buy them falling for each other within that day.
