Originally I thought this series was all smut and barely any plot or character building. Then I read the first book and those thoughts left my mind forever. These books are way more than just smut. In this one Liz is so badass and doesn’t even like Raahosh in the beginning. It’s actually almost a slow burn in the short book world (IMO). Her body is wanting him before her mind even realizes it. I loved how she wanted to hunt for food with him even though the women technically aren’t allowed to. I loved this one so much. I don’t like talking about everything that happens. Go into it blind and just enjoy!
