I understand why lots of people didn't like this book, but for me it was such a positive portrayal of a lesbian couple and of the late in life coming out of one woman, I can't help but give it five stars. I do feel that the ladies were selfish and the portrayal of the religious right was a little one-sided, but I loved it all the same.
