What I Liked:
- Jimenez has this way of making her characters come to life, and she did so in these characters, as well as the town. I loved that the town felt like a character - so full of magic that was just in the scope of believability.
- The internal struggle that Alexis dealt with felt so real and so hard and it made me admire her.
- This town reminded me a lot of the town from Schitt's Creek or Gilmore Girls, which I loved. Small towns is quickly becoming a favorite setting of mine.
- The roundness in every character and every situation was just beautiful.
