While this book has been my least favorite of the series so far, it was still really good! There’s definitely a shift in the storyline from being a kid’s story where every failure or mistake has a quick win after to a more complex, dark journey with more adult nuances and themes. The first 3/4 took me a really long time to get through, but once I made it to the last bit, I read through it so fast.
