Absolutely a waste of time. People hyped this book up. This woman is delusional and has no real issues in her life. I don't need a "feel good" book like this and I especially don't want to read a book centered around the author. It has no merit. I'm happy I got it from the library because I almost purchased it; then it would have been a waste of money, as well.
