The Secret Life of Albert Entwistle by Matt Cain
5.0
Ah, this book was lovely.
As I said before, there's a shortage of middle-aged people falling in love stories and there's an absolute dearth of books about older people falling in love. This was such a lovely story about finding yourself and living your life - even if you are older and have to forgive yourself for your actions when you were young.
My favorite parts were the discovery of family and community and friendship - the friendship between Albert at 65 and Nicole at 19 was just so beautifully explored.
