booktok has disappointed me many, many times. but ''hook, line and sinker'' and now this??? i LOVED the love hypothesis. olive? iconic. a strong, articulated woman in stem, really taking the sunshine girl to the next level. dr. adam freaking carlsen? holy hell. perfect grumpy man.
some plot at the end really surprised me but i was pleased with how some subjects were handled. delicatly but not with rose colored glasses. this book was fresh and not one scene was useless. i never expected a novel that started as an adam driver fanfiction would be so gooooood!
took off half a star because a) full boob?????? b) i don't know if the twist involving the prologue was supposed to be a twist because i've seen it coming from page 1 but, yeah. otherwise, loved it.
