I picked up this book for one of my grandchildren since I do like to include a book with gifts at Christmas because I always loved to read since I was little and hope they will too. I was interested in getting this book because the author is so much fun and is so positive all the time and reminds me of a big kid at times. Since he has children himself and has the personality of someone who gets excited to experience and entertain in the best way possible for both himself and who ever he is with, I thought this book would be good. I read it today to see how it was before giving it to her. It's really fantastic! The pages are large with bigger font and the pictures are colorful and big as well. The story itself is more like a long rhyming poem that flows throughout the book that reminds me of Dr. Seuss but without made up animals, people or food. If your household has the tradition of Santa this is a great book to get and read that last week before Christmas (or whenever you like really) to get the little ones excited for Christmas day. I love this book, and can't wait to give it to her. Very cute, highly recommend!
