Wow, it was slow in the beginning. The first few chapters were slow going but once I got into it I couldn't put it down. By that I mean I stayed up until 2 am reading, knowing the whole time that the kids would be up with the sun and I'd have to function on little sleep. Warning: this book is graphic and a little bit disturbing. Also, I think the original title "men who hate women" is a far better indication of the substance of the book. I guess that sounds a little too self-help-y for the US though.
