Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Albom
5.0
I first read this book without the understanding of how it would truly affect my life. I read it, enjoyed it and then moved on.
Now here I am seven years later re-reading the book (something I don’t usually do) with a whole new perspective.
On December 1, 2019 I lost my mom, Nancy, to a short, but courageous battle with ALS.
As I read Morrie’s words I was transported back to taking care of my mom during her final months. The optimism and outlook on life that Morrie shared I could often see in my mom.
I tabbed numerous pages and plan to look back at this book many times in the future.
Thank you Morrie Schwartz and Mitch Albom for sharing this story with the world.
