A manga that takes itself a little too seriously at times, but manages to translate sound into beautiful illustrations with great use of ink and linework as we follow a middle school boy with a soprano voice who wants to be a part of the school choir while also honor a recruitment into a local opera-- references to the limited time of his voice throughout add a sense of gentle urgency.
