Trusting Cassidy by Susan Stoker
Silverstone character series, book 4.
๐ on KU to read and listen.
Military Romance
Second chance, romantic suspense, single parent.
Cassidy and her son move to Jamaica to escape a volatile relationship, only to be sucked into the drug world. Leo is part of an elite team on the rescue mission to save her.
๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐: Susan Stokerโs books are like my Star Magazine reads in the grocery check out line. Theyโre not the kind of books you brag about reading - theyโre sometimes cringy - but you devour them all the same.
This one, the final book in the Silverstone series, was a great ending to the story of four Marines turned assassins who use a towing company as cover. Gramps was alpha and hot to read. Cassidy was a glorious idiot, but endearing all the same. A good ending!
