I have mixed feelings about this book. I wanted to give it a try but assumed I wasn’t going to like it because 1) I don’t typically enjoy comedy/goofy/silly stories. I prefer more drama, plot, action, etc. and 2) It has a trope I don’t like.

It did grow on me by the VERY end but I just needed it to move faster. The only thing that kept me from DNFing is that the MC Li Yu is able to be human for an hour a day and that is the only acceptable romantic relationship development for me between the MC and ML
