Towards the latter half of the book, the writing becomes much less coherent and it feels more like you are reading random thoughts of the author on different psychological advices on a wide array of topics. Could be helpful, especially at the beginning when the author criticize some useless methods that pop psychology has been populize, but after chapter 7/8 it was really hard to digest for me and the "sharpness" is not there anymore. Plus, the writing gets more and more unnecessary complicated, sentences with lots of useless clauses which really interfere with my flow ...
