The Road to Oz by L. Frank Baum

3.0

L. Frank Baum really loves characters that embody "no thoughts, head empty" and honestly I love it. you thought the Scarecrow was dumb? Well, let's bring in Jack Pumpkinhead. Oh, you think that's the end of it? Just wait until you meet Button-Bright. Truly an empty-headed boy and I love him. I also liked the Shaggy Man, of course. This book dragged a bit more than some of the others, but I did enjoy myself nonetheless.
