I'ts amazing what can happen when someone learns to learn from pain.
This is a beautiful book about a loving mother, looking after her daughter and husband after she jumped off a building.
Written from three different perspectives, makes this book memorable in three different ways.
Maddy is such a loving mother, who did a great job in raising her kid. She is full of life lessons and keeps an eye on her family from the afterlife.
I learned: If you're unhappy with your life and who you are, take responsibility and do something about it.
Eve is grieving and trying to understand what lesson she needs to lear from her mothers death.
I learned; Just sometimes, ask your mom how she is doing...
Brady finds out, after his wife dies, that he was a kinda shitty husband. Was always working, did not really appreciate his wife, gave her shitty presents.
I learned: It's hard to make up for being a shitty person when the other person dies. So try, every day, to be a better person.
Beautifully written, full of life lessons and love; can't wait to buy this book!
