This was a very enjoyable book to read, and an effortless one too, the pages just flew by.
It has a great premise, that of super powered humans, Epics, being corrupted by their powers and doing whatever they wish to, but each Epic does have a weakness, which if it can be discovered can be used to kill them.
The plot moves along at breakneck speed, with all the elements that make a great story, plus it has a satisfying ending, both for rounding this book off but also for making you look forward to the next in the series.
