In the beginning I was obsessed with Milene and Salvatore. I liked his instant obsession and that she was working as a nurse. And then everything I liked was gone so quickly once the plot began. I did like their relationship still but it was repetitive. The plot was interesting, but also repetitive. But I loved her love for animals and his obsession with her.
