I heard a lot of raving about how good this book is, and several people I follow rated it 5 stars. I think that subsequently going into it with high expectations made me more disappointed in it than if I had randomly read it.
It was kind of funny but also not developed enough to make it interesting to me. There was no real reason or explanation behind the weirdness.
It started like mean girls, but with a much less likeable protagonist. Everything she hates about the "bunnies" is also true of herself and she has a very immature mindset but thinks she doesn't. Then all of the sudden it gets super weird. Goes off the deep end and doesn't come back.
I do like the foreshadowing and some of the implications from the ending. It is a good concept for a book, I just don't think it was well executed.
