This is a manga that I picked up on a whim. Altho it also got recommended for people who liked Junji Ito's work. It was quite an entertaining read. I do feel like it hasn't really reached the level of all the other horror manga that I have liked before, but there's def room for that.

I mean give me a story with zombies and I will be gucci. At the end of this volume the zombies became quite tragic for me, but I do like the philosophy behind it and hope it will be expanded upon in the next volumes. I also do hope that in further volumes the quote if you stare into the abyss the abyss do be staring back 👁👁 starts fully showing with the main character, because right now he is kind of a crybaby. Altho perhaps that is reasonable since he got locked away because of a crime he didn't commit and now there are zombies everywhere.

My favourite character rn is Iwakura, he just seems kind and like a reliable person in the midst of a zombie apocalypse altho outside of that I would probs be most terrified of this man, since he's so calm and levelheaded about most things, like sir are u okay??
