Tangerine by Christine Mangan

5.0

I loved the way this story unfolded. It is a bit of a slower burning drama as we discover the characters of Alice and Lucy and learn about their friendship and past. It is told in their alternating perspectives and I could not stop reading. I finished it quickly because I could not wait to see how it all unfolded. Not many of the revelations were surprising so I’d call this book a page turner rather than a suspense but the character development and build up to the end was well crafted. A fascinating psychological drama with a lot of atmosphere!
