Neanderthal Marries Human by Penny Reid

3.0

Janie and Quinn's story continues where we left off in the first book.

Quinn has proposed and they are in the process of planning their wedding, while at the same time Janie is testing their relationship to make sure they'll last.

They both finally deal with some issues that held them back, mainly their families, and by the end of this story they are both better people, their relationship is as solid as a relationship can be, and they are ready for their happily ever after.

Enjoyable story that set the scene for some of the couples of future books, like Elizabeth and Nico, whose story follows in book 2 of the series, [b:Friends Without Benefits|18001399|Friends Without Benefits (Knitting in the City, #2)|Penny Reid|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1379202139s/18001399.jpg|25262256], and Dan and Kat, whose story unfortunately isn't until book 7, [b:Marriage of Inconvenience|30242230|Marriage of Inconvenience (Knitting in the City, #7)|Penny Reid|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1471385814s/30242230.jpg|50705812].
