Infinity Welcomes Careful Drivers by Grant Naylor
4.0
- This is one of the most hilarious books I've ever read. I literally burst out laughing multiple times.
- There's constant suspense created throughout the book. I was left clueless quite a lot of times. The authors treat their readers like kids by showing candy as a form of resolution and snatch it away as we're about to get it.
- I found that the idea of the characters meeting humans, any kind of humans was overpowered by the idea of them wanting to meet girls.
- Speaking of girls, the lack of women characters is just appalling. I can literally count all female characters on one hand.
- I didn't end up feeling any sympathy towards the characters; maybe that's what the authors wanted. But I did feel a solid connection to the overall story.
- If I'd read the blurb, I wouldn't have been as shocked by the 3 million years thing as I actually was.
- 3.9/5
