This one was a fun one! I enjoyed my time, but I can’t explain why it fell short for me.

I think it’s because of the way that abuse in multiple forms is handled in this book. It felt kind of like an afterthought to the plot. I can’t explain it well, but something just didn’t sit well for me, especially the Liz part.

But overall, I enjoyed my time in this book.
