350+ pages of conflict (which I feel wasn’t properly resolved) and I don’t know how to feel about it. I like angst but how is I ~95% into the book & Hannah (Raven’s sister) was an even bigger issue than at the start of the book?😭

Raven is a stronger woman than me because I would’ve walked away, my MH is more important than that entire toxic situation.

I liked that they at least attempted to communicate well and their whole “A moment of honesty” thing was cute but the conversations were just a cycle of insecurities and reassurances (which clearly didn’t work because they came back the next chapter).

There wasn’t any banter or cute getting to know each other moments, granted they were friends before but it didn’t feel like it. It sort of felt like they were estranged friends, then reluctant spouses and then suddenly just a lot of sex and feelings out of nowhere, no build up.
