About the only positive things I can say about this book is that the world was still nice, and I liked Regula. On the downside: every bit of resolution felt rushed, Zedd's death was cheapened even further by this book, the confrontation with Sulachan was underwhelming, the boxes of Orden were used but it was somehow boring this time, and I generally struggled to care at all about this book. Severed Souls ripped my heart out, and this book made me regret that I felt that way.
