A Paris-heavy, multi-faceted story around the missing, never-actually-seen central heroine. Interesting story, lots of Paris' places name-dropping. I'm not familiar enough with the city to visualize the streets & neighborhoods and the references were not descriptive enough for a city outsider like me.

Still, the different characters are interesting and varied. Each has his own perspective around the central heroine to the point that while she is never directly under the spotlight, I felt like I got to know her and somewhat understand her troubled story.
