In the first 23 pages, a man has been beaten into unconsciousness by a supervisor, and upon awakening, he finds himself approached in the fog by a naked woman. Why is she naked? Who can say? Because boobs? Anyway, after a brief interaction in which she reveals that she is fleeing from a horrible, possibly abusive, relationship and he agrees to hide her, they are suddenly having sex because apparently our hero is irresistible despite an utter lack of personality or inflection. In fairness, she not only lacks inflection and personality but also autonomy.

What happens next? Well, that will just have to be an eternal mystery because I simply am not going to finish this.
