This book kicked off my holiday reads and it was perfect! I read Thompson’s debut which I liked, but I loved this one. The characters were perfect rivals to lovers that I cared for, the character development was rounded and smooth. I thought the plot was going to be a bigger point but I didn’t mind when it wasn’t. Looking forward to another read from this author in the future!
