Not really the target audience for this, but I was curious about the content. I honestly can't remember a lot about it because I read it quickly during a few breaks at work. It does have some helpful tidbits, like carving out uninterrupted time to tend to your creative endeavors, which can also be applied to anything you want to do with your time, not just "creativity". But, maybe a lot of it is common sense? LOL.
