Loved this. Can't express how helpful this book is. I'm a new teacher and need actual strategies to put into practice. This book provided that, along with some changes in attitude I really need.

This book deals with building relationships with students, teaching them to think and providing consequences in a way that will foster relationships and thinking on the part of the student. It addresses primarily classroom management, but can be applied to other areas as well.
