When Oliver misses the tram to his job interview in Hell he ends up wandering around purgatory on his way back home and notices a little cafe called The Passing Through Cafe . He goes in and meets Gem who tells him there’s a job and to give him his number not expecting anything to come of it Oliver leaves but is shocked when he’s asked to go for an interview the next day. He goes the next day and that’s where the fun starts i have never laughed so much at a book ever the demons had me in fits of giggles especially at the botched metaphors. Gem and Toni are a pair of ho’s sorry G & T but you know i’m right , Rusty is a grumpy furball but i still wanted to pet him , Willow is just so sweet , Tad well i think the most fitting description is psychotic , Glyma and Quin are like chaos and calm and Zef seems to be the only logical one of the bunch but together they are awesome and  Bob skreeeeet yes i’m sorry i nearly forgot you .
The relationship between Oliver and Liel was great even after Oliver’s word vomiting making himself look an idiot he just dug himself deeper making him more endearing to Liel .
If you want demons , humans ,funny banter , spicy scenes and a great story that’ll make you laugh out loud then read this book .
I can’t wait for the next book please tell me it’s Jude & Toni or maybe Zef & !!! i’m not telling you 😜 you’ll just have to read it to find out who Zef connects with 😃
