I think every believer has at one time either struggled with their faith and with doubting God or has faced difficult circumstances. Most likely each of us has struggled with both of these things, and most likely both at the same time. Bruce McDonald is really an encourager, urging us to have faith in God even when it seems that He is not there. I also appreciated his reminder that God is a God of love. He personally loves me and cares about me and is using difficult circumstances to help me trust Him more. I need to trust Him no matter what.
