I’ve seen some pretty bad reviews of this book, so I went into it with pretty low expectations. But I ended up enjoying it. My biggest qualms with the book is that 90% of it doesn’t seem much like a thriller. The whole book eludes to something bad that’s about to happen. Then the last like 30 pages or less of the book is all we get of our main conflict. There should have been a lot more action with how big the build up to it was.
Side note: the audiobook is really good. We get 3 voice actors for each of our different POVs.
