Vampires Like It Hot by Lynsay Sands
4.0
Once again, let me begin by saying that this is 4 stars for an Argeneau book! Maybe even 5. In overall book terms, it is probably a 3.
In my opinion this series is meant to be awful in an enjoyable way. It’s extremely repetitive, the dialogue often verges on terrible, and it adds absolutely nothing to your life. But it’s easy and enjoyable. A comfort read.
I really want a book for Vasco. He deserves one. I want to see him modernize and de-vulgarize his language.
My commentary below…
- If this was a different type of smut, she wouldn’t need to choose between her two potential life mates 😉
- “The human body is at its peak between 25 and 30 years old. After that, it’s all downhill”. 😭😭😭 not me sitting here about to turn 30 in a month
- Sweet Jesus that’s a first. He lost his head but got it stuck back on fast enough that the nanos were able to heal him?!?
- I feel super bad about Vasco.
- I’m really happy that Jess wants Vasco to meet Aunt Margauritte so that she can work her matchmaking magic and find him a mate.
