Rebel Belle by Rachel Hawkins
5.0
Wow, this book was so much better than I was expecting it to be. I finished this book in one day. One day. That never happens for me. I started it at 10 am and had it finished by 6pm. I freaking loved and adored this book. First off, I want to start by saying I loved Harper. In real life, she's probably a girl I wouldn't typically like, being head cheerleader and all, but she was so witty and charming and funny. Also, her name is so awesome. Harper Jane Price. What a cute name. The first chapter instantly had me interested and the story takes off right away. David's character grew on me so much throughout the story, and the action that took place in this book really surprised me. The cover of this story and the plot seems so girly, but this story is actually really intense and supernatural and amazing. I've never read a book quite like this one before, but it was highly entertaining. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this book and how much I cared about these characters. I really hope there is a sequel because it left off on a cliff hanger and I just aslkdjla. The plot twist at the end was so amazing and I did not see it coming at all. I got really excited and was smiling like crazy and even though it was awkward it was the perfect way to end this book. It's easily one of my new favorites.
