Second time reading:
I just... read this in a day???? Wild. I still more or less agree with my first review of this, it is annoying to see especially Juliette sort of revert back to her insecure state, but it is also understandable. The world-building suddenly becomes so much bigger as we start the second trio of the six-book series and I love it! This is definitely a full 4 star rating now.

Rating: 3.5
These books are so fast and I have so much fun reading them. They're not perfect or amazingly written, so my rating is more or less just enjoyment. This felt a bit rushed, especially towards the end, and I had hoped the characters would be acting a bit different by now, but I still read it in more or less two sittings and it had me gripped from page 1. It has a MAJOR CLIFFHANGER though, so be sure to have the next book ready if you read this!
