Honestly, I will admit that Anna K has one of the best plotlines out of all the novels I'm familiar with. Unfortunately, since the story was originally in serialized form, the story contains a lot of fluff that could be edited out (feel free to disagree). This doesn't diminish the book's canonical status, but this took me 9 months to finish because it was so drawn out.
