The Sacred and the Profane: The Nature of Religion by Willard R. Trask, Mircea Eliade

5.0

An overview of religion's nature developing over the centuries, not in terms of specific practices, but in terms of how humans have gone from being religious creatures, to profane.

This book made me think about the sacred & profane of myself, my practices, my experiences, my world. Loved it. One of those game changers, for me.
