The whimsical Cat is back!
Whereas [b:The Cat in the Hat|233093|The Cat in the Hat|Dr. Seuss|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1468890477s/233093.jpg|267087] took place when the kids were home alone on a rainy day, [b:The Cat in the Hat Comes Back|667234|The Cat in the Hat Comes Back|Dr. Seuss|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1332799738s/667234.jpg|2244771] takes place on a wintery day when the kids were home alone and tasked to shovel their driveway.
The Cat comes along and makes a mess of things (and even ruins mom’s dress *gasp*) but then proceeds to whip out tiny A to Z cats from his hat to help tidy up.
I was kind of disappointed that the pet fish was nowhere to be found… did it die??!😱
...I guess Morticia Addams’ wish came true.
