I wanted to love this more than i did. The chronic pain representation and how it is shown both how the main character deals with it and how others and society view her and do not take her seriously was beyond amazing. I felt this book got that 

I was not the biggest fan of the pacing, i struggled with it a lot. I could see what Awad was going for, but i was struggling to even make it through parts at times 

There were enjoyable parts. Like i loved the macbeth references!!! 
But overall i just wanted to like it more than I actually did
